MD5
The NEW MD5 duct sealing system is designed to provide an effective and straightforward solution for gas and watertight sealing of one or multiple cables, conduits, or pipes in ducts or boreholes. MD5 is flexible and can be installed in vertical and horizontal openings to protect against damage caused by gas and water leaks.
- Gas and watertight up to 21 PSI (1.5 bar)
- Polyurethane sealant expands and hardens to a high-density, closed-cell structure
- Easy and quick to install
- Suitable for installation in vertical, horizontal, or angled ducts or boreholes, regardless of shape and cable configuration
- Complies with 2011 NEC Articles 225.27, 230.8, 300.5(G), 300.7(A) on Raceway Seals, and 501.15
FiloSeal+HD FIRE
FiloSeal+HD FIRE is our new highly certified fire, gas and water sealing system for both ducts and transit frames. This robust system is suitable for sealing any cable or pipe configuration and allows easy re-entry of the seal to add or remove cables or pipes, as required.
- Up to 4 Hours Fire Resistance in ducts & transit frames (single side) BS EN1366-3 2009
- Gas and Watertight up to 29 PSI (2.0 bar)
- WIthstands up to 220 LB pulling force on cables when sealed
